If you need support for a product, please email support@inkcreature.com, and let us know what device you are running the product on (including Android version), the name of the product, and what problems you are experiencing. Please be as specific as possible, so that we can analyze the code for that particular area and better determine the location of the bug.

We test our products on emulators for 2000+ devices before distributing them, but as with any piece of software, bugs are inevitable. When problems are brought to our attention, we do our best to fix them immediately, and publish an update the same day.
